My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms weren't cleaned throughout our stay, though they offered a nice view and included a small refrigerator. I felt like I was diving into the abyss at this hotel with its swim-up bar and outdoor showers. The rooms were spotlessly clean and just perfect for our needs, although they were a bit dated. The service greets you at your table and was amazingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location's immaculately manicured lawns initially impressed me but left me feeling a bit incomplete after a few days. The dining experience, with fried jacks and the pizza, was not good, especially with everything being cold and a leak in the roof during breakfast.
